Who can buy?
Answer: Our idea is to reach out to the maximum. That is when the purpose of a good design is served. So go ahead and buy whatever you wish to.
Can I shop without registering?
Answer: Yes you can login as a guest and shop unlimited but to get a better shopping experience we suggest you to register yourself with us.
Can I choose something and buy it later?
Answer: Yes. Click on ADD TO FAVORITES and keep them in your wish list and shop later.
Can I order a product after it is gone out of stock?
Answer: We make products that are handmade and it takes time to get the same ones made again. But if you really want something then write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get it made for you specially. But please note that we would take at least 25 days for the same.
What is the acceptable currency?
Answer: Since we plan to deliver worldwide, you have the liberty to change the currency meter to dollar/ euros/ rupee depending your geographical locations.
What are the payment modes? How do I pay?

Please note that we do not have COD option available for all the products. But do not worry; we mention it on your check out page before you do the payment.
If I received a product, but I am not satisfied with the quality, can it be replaced?
Answer: We have a no questions asked policy valid for 7 days from the time you received the product. Please fill out a form available on returns menu and after a quality check, we will initiate the return of the product. Please note that depending on the nature of return we can decide on the mode of refund.
Should I be concerned about the privacy of the personal and bank details that I have shared with The Potpourri Store?
Answer: Do not worry. We are committed to safeguard the information you share with us. We collect your personal information only to give you a better shopping experience, to be able to send the products to your address.
What if I received a product that is damaged or this is not what I had ordered?
Answer: Humans tend to do mistakes at times. Although we carry out a number of checks before we ship the product to you. We highly regret if you did not receive the correct product or received a damaged product. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product and also fill the form available at the returns menu. In this case only we do a NEFT refund to your account. You can also check our refund and shipping policy for further information.
On Returns/ Refund Orders:
Can I cancel a product after ordering? If yes then in how much time?
Answer: You can cancel your order if you have not proceeded to the payment methods. In case you have already paid for the order, then you will have to send it back to us or write to us at email@example.com. But please in this case we will be giving you store credits only.
What if I wish to change the product that I had ordered?
Answer: You can voice your requirement as soon as you receive the product, but make sure it is within 24 hours of receiving the same. Also please check the shipping and returns policy for further information.
How do I find the status of my order?
Answer: You can login to our website and check on the drop down menu of your profile to find the status of the product you have ordered.
How do I return my order?
Answer: We have made it pretty easier for you. Just take sometime to fill the form we have in the Returns menu and we will initiate the return depending the nature of reason to return the same.
If I go for a cancellation, would I be returned the amount or would I be getting the store credit?
Answer: Again depending on the nature of reason for cancellation of the product the team will let you know about the same. Also please go through the terms and conditions for further information.
Shipping & Delivery:
Do you ship outside India?
Answer: Yes we do. But for that our shipping policies are different. You can check the international shipping and returns section for the same.
Do you have a free shipping on all your products?
Answer: Most of the products have free shipping but you have to shop for a minimum of Rs. 2000/- to avail free shipping. Also please note that we do not have free shipping on international orders.
How long does it take to ship all the products that I have ordered?
Answer: For most of the products, we take usually 5-7 working days within India, For International orders we will take 7-14 working days. However, the time taken may vary from product to product and from location to location.

Can I place bulk orders?
